Shipping Policy

Within the United States

Within the United States UPS Ground will be used to ship all orders unless otherwise requested. Tracking is provided once the order has been processed. Our studio is working on a reduced M/W/F schedule for the time being. All shipments within the US take approximately 1 - 5 days to deliver (depending on region) once UPS has picked up the order.  Our UPS packages are usually picked up M/W/F every week. 

 

Outside the Unites States

All orders placed outside of the United States will be shipped using UPS or USPS. Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs clearance. 

 

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at an additional charge. Our studio is open M/W/F most weeks except for holidays and unforeseen circumstances (we're a small team!). Please email orders@clyde.world to request information regarding express shipping or select your preferred shipping type at the checkout.

 

International Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes vary from country to country. Please check your local duties policies before placing your order with our shop. Customers who refuse delivery of their order will incur a 10% restocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

 

Return Policy

Full Priced Merchandise

Full-priced merchandise is valid for return and must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Full priced holiday purchases made in the month of December are valid for return until January 2. 

Items must be in the same condition which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with tags and/or boxes. All hats must be shipped back in a box of the same dimension (or larger) as the hat was received in. 

Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility. We're a small company and aren't able to provide free returns at this moment in time.

 

Sale Merchandise

Sale merchandise with a discount less than 50% off is valid for return and must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the goods. 

Sale merchandise and items purchased with a discount code that are 50% off or higher are considered final sale. 

Items should be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with tags and/or boxes. All hats must be shipped back in a box of the same dimension (or larger) as the order was received in. 

Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility. We're a small company and aren't able to provide free returns at this moment in time.

Exchanges

Clyde doesn't accept exchanges currently. Please e-mail our team to arrange return of your valid item and purchase your new preferred size. If you need help with sizing feel free to reach out to us at orders@clyde.world.

 

Authorization Code

All returns must first obtain a return authorization number by e-mailing orders@clyde.world. Your return authorization # must be written clearly on the outside of the box so that we can verify the shipment once it arrives.
