Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Within the United States
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Transit time within the United States is typically 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
Outside the Unites States
We ship worldwide using UPS or USPS, unless another shipping method is requested. Transit times vary by destination. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.
Express Shipping
Express shipping options are available at checkout for select destinations. Please note that express shipping refers to the transit time once your order has shipped and does not always guarantee same-day fulfillment. Orders may require up to 2 business days for processing.
For time-sensitive orders, write us at orders@clyde.world before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. If duties or taxes are not paid and a shipment is returned to Clyde, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
We recommend reviewing your country's import policies before placing an order, as fees vary by destination.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, we're happy to help.
