Shipping Policy

Within the United States

Within the United States UPS or USPS Ground will be used to ship all orders unless otherwise requested. Tracking is provided once the order has been processed. Our studio is open M/W/F most weeks, with the exception of holidays or unforeseen circumstances. All shipments within the US take approximately 1 - 5 days to deliver (depending on region) once the carrier has picked up the order.  Our packages are picked up M/W/F every week. 

 

Outside the Unites States

All orders placed outside of the United States will be shipped using USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested.

 

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available at an additional charge pending our studio is open that day and we receive your order by 12:00pm. Our studio is open M/W/F most weeks except for holidays and unforeseen circumstances (we're a small team!). Please email orders@CLYDE.world to request information regarding express shipping. 

 

International Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes vary from country to country. Please check your local duties policies before placing your order with our shop. Orders returned by the shipping carrier to Clyde due to unpaid duties will incur a 20% restocking fee.
