Glass Noodle Salad Recipe 
1/4 Red Cabbage  
2 T Flax seeds oil   1/4 thin sliced red onions 
6-7 leaf of mint
 1 bunch of glass noodle
 2 T Ponzu
 lil salt 
1T flax seeds 
thinly slice red cabbage, red onions and mint.
Masssage in salt and flax seeds.
Bring water to a boil and add glass noodles. 
Cut noodles in half and put in a bowl with vegetables. 
Add ponzu
Sprinkle flax seeds. 
Bon Apetite!
