Returns

All returns must first obtain a return authorization number by e-mailing orders@welcometoclyde.com. RA#'s must clearly be written on outside of box. 

Items are to be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with tags and/or boxes. All hats must be shipped back in a box of the same dimension as the hat was received in. 

Full-priced merchandise must be shipped within seven days of delivery and are valid for refund or exchange. 

Sale merchandise must be shipped within 7 days of delivery and are valid for exchange or store credit. No exceptions may be made on sale items. 

Return shipping costs are customers responsibility. 

 

Shipping 

Within the United States, Fedex Ground will be used to ship all orders unless otherwise requested. Tracking is provided once the order has been processed. 

All orders placed outside of the United States will be shipped using United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Tracking is not provided for these orders. Should you require tracking, please note that shipping costs will increase.
