Returns & Exchanges

All returns must first obtain a return authorization number by e-mailing orders@CLYDE.world. Your return authorization # must be written clearly on the outside of your box. 

Items are to be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with tags and/or boxes. All hats must be shipped back in a box of the same dimension (or larger) as the hat was received in. 

Full-priced merchandise must be shipped within seven days of delivery and are valid for refund or exchange. 

Sale merchandise that is not marked as Final Sale is valid for exchange or store credit and must be shipped within 7 days of delivery. Merchandise that is on sale and purchased with a code to obtain an additional discount is considered final sale.  No exceptions will be made on sale items policy. 

Return and exchange shipping costs are customers responsibility. 

 

Shipping 

Within the United States Fedex Ground will be used to ship all orders unless otherwise requested. Tracking is provided once the order has been processed. 

All orders placed outside of the United States will be shipped using United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Tracking is not provided for these orders. Should you require tracking, please let us know and we can arrange shipping with Fedex. Note that shipping costs will increase.
